March 2024 Insights - Expanding Golden Mesa Casino
FSA helped the Shawnee Tribe secure financing to expand its gaming operation at Golden Mesa Casino. The expansion project will include a recreational vehicle park, a new 100-room hotel and full-service restaurant, and will double the size of the casino gaming floor to include more than 1,000 electronic games.

Monthly Project Insights: Revisiting Snoqualmie Casino
The Snoqualmie Tribe enlisted FSA to secure financing for expanding its casino operations, following previous successful financing for acquiring the Salish Lodge. The expansion included adding more slots, table games, and a 4-Diamond hotel. FSA aided in lender selection, coordination, and loan closing, resulting in successfully securing financing for the casino expansion.
