Associate, Tribal Administrative Services

Stephanie joined FSA motivated by a passion to contribute to the betterment of Indian Country. In a previous role she worked with the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma through the AmeriCorps VISTA program, where she supported the management of federal, state, and private funding and collaborated on workforce development initiatives under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). In her current role at FSA, Stephanie focuses on several key areas for the Tribal Administrative Team, including finance and grant management policy development, 105(l) lease submissions, the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI), and strategic planning. With a bachelor’s degree in public health promotion and a diverse range of experience spanning both nonprofit and corporate sectors, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her work and a strong drive to serve.
